“Affinity” is a 1998 Westerly Ocean 33 which is a excelent ocean-going cruising yacht, designed to be fast, comfortable and is extremely seaworthy. Designed by Ed Dubois
She is a Category A cruising yacht. Easily sailed by two people, yet comfortable for a family, she is designed for confident offshore cruising and relaxed coastal passages.
The Westerly Ocean 33 is widely regarded as one of the finest yachts built by the renowned Westerly group. Beautifully designed, strongly constructed and comfortable close to the wind. With only 33 Westerly Ocean 33s built, they are rarely found on the market.
She well equipped with Garmin Chart Plotter, Raytheon Radar, iCom VHF, B&G GPS, B&G Depth, Speed, Nav and Navtex.
Owners’ comments: We are the second owners and have cruised Affinity in the Solent, West Country and Channel Islands. She sails beautifully in lights winds and feels safe and steady in stronger winds, though we have personally preferred gentle cruising.
