<b>Engine room:</b><br />
<br />
The steel engine hatch can be opened hydraulically.<br />
The engine , Victron , batteries, electrical cabinet and including bilge pump , 2 dirty water pumps, deck wash pump and pump for transfer diesel from front tank to rear tank.<br />
Fan, lighting, batteries, switch/fuse box,<br />

<b>Storage:</b><br />
spare parts, water vacuum, air compressor, high pressure sprayer.<br />

<b>Generator:</b><br />
<br />
Generator Stamfofd , 27 Kw , Drive Perkings 3 cyl. diesel engine, bilge cooling, closed system, expansion tank water pump renewed in 2019<br />
starter battery 12 V. Dry exhaust with muffler above deck.<br />
Instruments/control panel also start/stop at the steering position.<br />
The generator is mounted in steel closed cabinet in the foreship with blow-in fan<br />
Also in separate steel box: the anchor/chain collection with discharge.<br />
Access to the cabinet via steel gagged door.<br />
Under the steel cabinet is present:<br />
The bow thruster drive motor 3x 220 V,the starting battery 12 V and an exp.barrel.<br />

<b>Electrics:</b><br />

In 1st construction phase (new construction) performed with 2 switch boxes by ship electrical company Leeuwestein Dordrecht.<br />
The engine room installation is totally renewed by Fa. Bruning IJlst.<br />
Modernized and regulated with Victron Energy Quatro 3000 W 220/24 V.<br />

<b>Holding tanks</b>:<br />

In engine room rear is a 300 liter gray water tank for being the sinks and shower made of plastic and is pumpable.<br />
In closet bathroom is a dirty water tank plastic toilet of about 90 liters and is pumpable.<br />

The mast was cut into pieces at Molenmaker in Sneek. This is also where the mast's fittings remain. The quote for a new mast was €5,000. The wooden Oregon Pine boom and gaff, spars, halyards, blocks, rigging, backstays, 2 headsails and a mainsail are all stored in The Hague at the owner's home. Currently sailing without mast as a motortjalk.<br />
